Why A Jesus Generation

I really got inspired by God to raise for Him a generation as a result of a lot of oppression, wickedness and injustice that I saw happening to me and others around me; how abomination and iniquity is becoming a law and righteousness and truth is being outlawed.

So I was asking the Holy Spirit in the place of prayer these questions ;

How long will we continue like this as children who are the light of the world and as cities set on a hill which cannot be hid? Why should I have to conform to the image of this world when I am not of this world and have been called out of the world even though I am still in the world?

Why should I have to conform to the ideologies of this Babylonian system instead of conforming to the image of God and to His own truth, His own word and His own ideology as enunciated in the bible? Why should I have to sin? Why can’t I live a life of holiness and love holiness, righteousness and truth? Why can’t I do it the Jesus way, the kingdom way?

And God said to me:

You never have to conform to the image of this world and to its systems rather you can make the world conform to my image. It took a Generation to bring wickedness, iniquity and abomination, it will take a generation to reverse it and outlaw it.

Then, I made a covenant with God that day and I said to God:

Father I will raise a Generation for you.

Not just any generation but a Jesus Generation. A generation of people who will rebel against this worlds system and say:

No!!! Thus far have you come and go no further.

A generation who will rebel against this world’s system and its ideologies and will refuse to conform to the image of this world. A generation that will refuse to compromise but will conform to the image of God.

A generation of rebels who will lead a revolution here on earth until the kingdoms and the nations of this world conform and become the Kingdom of our God and of His Christ.

A generation who will lead a revival and set their cities in flames, a generation who will not bow to babylon or partake of her dainties, A generation purified, set apart and holy unto God.

A generation of young people on fire for God, A generation tired of the status quo, the sex messages and all forms of abomination and iniquity that is celebrated in our generation; The fornication, the lies, the adultery, living for yourself, the selfish me-culture.

This Antichrist and Anti-God systems with its iniquity, riotous living and reprobate thinking.

A generation tired of abuse, rejection, oppression of the devil and injustice.

A generation tired of living for the world and desiring to live a Christ centered life, a generation desperate to live for Jesus in holiness and Righteousness. A generation who will honour the fathers.

A Generation who will burn down this babylonian systems to the ground. A fearless generation who will not fear the devil nor men but will fear only God; A generation who will love Jesus and He alone will be their heart desire. A generation who will be ravished and taken by Jesus and their obsession will be Jesus. A generation who will love to pray, who will love to fast, who will love to speak in tongues and chant.

A generation who will worship Jesus with not only words but with the healing of the sick, with the raising of the dead, with the opening of blind eyes, with miracles, signs and wonders. A generation who will love to preach and teach the gospel; A generation who will do all to the glory of Jesus. A generation who will lead a revolution of righteousness.

A generation who will hate oppression, wickedness and injustice. A generation who will be on fire for Jesus. A Generation who will take territories for Jesus. A generation who will worship God with casting out of devils. A generation who will not be lukewarm. A generation that will exalt and honour Jesus.

A generation who will not be ashamed to call God their God and who God will not be ashamed to call His children. We are “imago dei” image bearers of Jesus and as He is so shall we be in this world.

Are you a part of this generation? A generation that will seek the face of God and not His hand? A generation who will love to pray?

Are you a part of this generation?

When iniquity, wickedness, oppression, sin and injustice becomes a law, rebellion becomes a duty.

Welcome to the Revolution!!!!

  1. It is not God’s will that people love the darkness, but that they will see the light. But people are evil, and that is why they love darkness. The Bible says: “the light has come into the world, and people loved the darkness rather than the light because their works were evil. For everyone who does wicked things hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his works should be exposed” (John 3:19-20)
